The Valley Eruv Society is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation. Running and maintaining the eruv takes a lot of work and a lot of funds even when all is smooth and without issue. We depend completely on donations from the members of our community. Without your help, the eruv would struggle from week to week.
Without the eruv, you would not be able to carry your talis to shul. You would not be able to push a stroller or wheel chair. Having company or going out for a meal would become impossible for many in our community. Whether or not you personally use the eruv, if you live within it's boundaries, you most certainly benefit from it.
We ask that you give generously to the eruv. Should there be an issue, it is always better to be ahead of the game than stuck in a last minute frenzy for funding. The community as a whole benefits from this important tent pole of our growth and the tremendous convenience that it brings to us.
